"Ok it may not be gourmet dining but it was a great dinner folks. We were greeted by a friendly lady and shown to a table with menus and wine list. A good variety of wines on offer - a Wild Oats Sauv Blac Semillon was a nice choice. Tasty spring rolls with a sweet chilli sauce for entree. I ordered the pork with plum sauce and my wife ordered the Sichuan Beef - a serve of special fried rice with shrimp and chicken rounded out the order. Both mains were tasty. Generous size serves meant we couldn’t fit in the fried ice cream. Good to see a local business doing a good trade in dine in and take away meals. Happy to recommend dining here."

"Ordered over the phone. Was given the heads up about cash only in advance; good stuff. Friendly service from staff and felt good leaving with our little bag of goods. Now, to the important part, the food! Upon opening the container of Mongolian Beef, we got a waft that just took me back to the golden age of regional Chinese food. It looked, smelt and tasted exactly like 2005 which is all we can ever hope for when pursuing the nostalgia of country Chinese food. The icing on the Chinese cake is the deception of portion size. Upon the assumption that one order would only calm the rumble in our tummies, we were wrong. It was a generous serving that in my humble opinion would feed 3. The boiled rice did what boiled rice does - the job. Do yourself a favour fellow locals and visitors of the south coast and get some good stuff down the gullet"

"Please don’t ever change. This was like a step back to my youth. The service was spot on and friendly. The food was delicious. I had the sweet and sour pork , my wife had the satay chicken and my daughter the sweet chicken and corn soup with spring rolls. Couldn’t fault anything. Fantastic little place to eat and visit. The restaurant is like a trip down memory lane with the old fashioned service, decor and atmosphere reminding me of my favourite restaurant my family used to go to in the 80s/90s. Loved it. The place isn't accessible for people with mobility issues. Not a problem for us but worth noting for people reading this review. Would definitely return here on future visits to Narooma."
